Encapsulated and assessed “Authentic/Altered” by PSA. This barely circulated collectible displays a charming rendition of the pastel-backgrounded “Bat Off Shoulder” Cobb depiction, with the illustration’s colors and the surrounding white borders almost pack-fresh in character. The card puts forth apparent EX/MT or finer visual quality, with slightly irregular cuts at the top and bottom edges the likely inspiration for PSA’s “Altered” pronouncement.
