Graded 30 GD 2 by SGC. This exceptionally scarce and delicate card, picturing Ty Cobb, depicts the Hall of Famer in a lovingly tinted batting pose set against a background comprised of artistically layered pastel colors. Although strictly graded Good (on the basis of natural and inoffensive corner faults, specks of paper loss on the reverse side, and a small vertical crease in the item's bottom third), the overall aesthetic of the offered piece is nonetheless inviting. The card's obverse presentation is suitably intense, and its back printing is clear and distinct. A very bright specimen of a vintage Ty Cobb treasure!
